Matchiko is a weekend matcha pop-up serving single-origin Uji matcha from Marukyu-Koyamaen, whisked fresh to order. Clean by default — no seed oils, no fillers: organic A2 whole milk, seed-oil-free oat, raw honey or pure maple. Drink it as usucha, a matcha latte, an iced signature like our Honey Oat, or taste both grades side by side with the Two Ways flight. We also offer matcha bar catering for weddings, corporate events, and private parties — a full mobile setup with a barista whisking live for your guests.
